Tonight was my fourth Pilates class – my second Barres and Belles. MUCH more active than the mat class on Monday night (to the tune of about 200 calories burned more active!) and more balletic than the Barres and Belles class on Sunday.
I did better at doing everything this time. I only had to take a breather a couple of times. It still killed my abs and I still wanted to puke, but overall I felt good.
One class left – the same class next Wednesday. I know I can’t get another class card any time soon, but I’m not going to rule it out in the future. I can definitely see the benefits of it in terms of strength and toning. And if I was going regularly I probably wouldn’t feel like puking as much with the ab work.
Tomorrow? Another run!
