…I’ve decided to revisit the thing that got all of this started in the first place:
Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred.
Around this time last year, I was on Spring Break. I went to visit friends in Chicago and had a blast. And somewhere along the line something in my brain clicked. I can’t explain what it was or what set it off, but something happened. I got home and pulled out the DVD and did all 30 days of it without missing a day.
I met some great people via twitter, and I noticed that a lot of them did running. I found out about the Couch to 5K program and started that on July 1 (so yes, that is my runniversary!!). And the rest is history!
Now. I’m still going to be doing my running – never fear!! I do have the 10K training plan that starts next week, remember? But I’m adding in the 30 Day Shred.
Let’s do this thing!!!
(expect whining during Level 2. I hate Level 2.)
