Training Day 65 ~ SRD

Rest day, so not a lot to report. 🙂

Day 2 of “the great reverse meals experiment”! So far it’s going well. Today was tough because the rest day meant I didn’t have any exercise calories to play with. I stayed under my calories, but only by a few. I still feel like I’ve had a more consistent level of energy throughout the day, which is really nice.

ONE MONTH TO GO!!!!!! I’m freaking out, but in a good way! I was just thinking…I don’t think the person I was at this time last year would even recognize me. I don’t just mean because of the weight loss and the exercise. I mean everything. It sounds cliche, but I’m truly a different person to who I was last year. And I don’t ever want to go back to that person.

EVER!
