Training Day 59 ~ Yoga!

So given my crazycakes schedule this week, today was x-t. I was feeling pretty stuffy as I missed a does of my cold/cough medicine (not that it’s really working that well to begin with…I just haven’t gotten anything else yet) and for a few moments seriously considered making today a rest day, running tomorrow and doing x-t on Saturday (especially since I a) will not make it to running club since I have to have bloodwork drawn (related to the physical…he wanted me on the hydrochlorot for at least a month beforehand) at 10:45 so I will be STARVING by then and b) I’ve got a race on Sunday), but I also wanted more than a muffin and slice of cheese for dinner.

So.

Yoga Meltdown Level 1 seemed like the best option. NO impact. And not a lot of upside-down time.

It worked well. 🙂 Yay!!

I may still do yoga on Saturday afternoon. We shall see. Guess maybe I should call and see if they still want to do the bloodwork if this cold isn’t mostly gone though…that just occurred to me. Hmm… I don’t know if the cold will affect it. And if I’m still stuffy if I’d be allowed to take something before I go just with water. Yep…calling them tomorrow.
