Training Day 55 ~ SRD

Yesterday was nuts and I didn’t get to post. Not a big deal as it was an SRD for me.

Oh I did plenty of walking. 🙂 But nothing really training either running or cross.

I do know after all the eating with the ‘rents I’m going to have to double down with the dite and exercise. Oy! I’ll get there though. I lost it once, I can do it again!!
