Training Day 50 – When you don’t want to do anything.

Yeah, this was one of those days. I would have been fine just to eat dinner and go to bed. Maybe throw a hot shower in there.

But it was scheduled as an x-t day, and I really didn’t feel like switching for tomorrow since I think I’m going to lotto a show tomorrow night. So…

I made myself get into HRM, sports bra and workout shorts. And then it was time to decide what to do. So many options.

I went with my shortest – the 30 Day Shred. Did Level 1 again, but with my new 5 pound weights. So OW! But yes, a good ow.

Now? I’ve had dinner. I’m watching “The Event” on DVR (getting caught up). I’m contemplating a shower. And I’m really not sure I’ll make it until 8 before getting in bed. I’m that tired.

    • thanks laura! i don’t think i am…tuesdays are usually rough because of writing class on mondays getting out at 10, me not getting home until 11 and rarely getting to sleep before 12. i’m off to a hot shower, then getting in bed. hugs!
