Weekly Weigh-In

I’ve decided just to condense my “health” blogs. I’m keeping THIS one. 🙂

So… Basically each Friday I weigh in on my scale that also measures body fat, water, bone density, and bmi. And I post those numbers. It helps keep me accountable.

The last time I RECORDED it on the old blog was October 29. The numbers looked like this:

weight – 172.8
body fat – 34.7%
water – 47.7%
bone density – 6.4%
BMI – 27.8

Today I hopped on the scale, and the numbers looked like this:

weight – 168.6
body fat – 32%
water – 49.7%
bone density – 6.4%
BMI – 27.1

Woohoo!!!!!!! I’m psyched!!!!
