Training Day 32 ~ Yoga Meltdown EARLY!

I got up early this morning to do my X-T. I had decided to do Yoga Meltdown Level 2. I had time and felt good, so I did level 1 as well. Overall I felt great, so woo!

After school, I headed in to volunteer at the Front Runners Pasta Dinner. It was good times. I ended up doing “kid duty” on the stage because they had discovered those little scooters and needed watching to prevent an accident. But it was fun.

Oh yeah, along the way I discovered a sore place on my back. Not backache like I go to the chiropractor for. Like sore to the touch in an area. But I can’t see a bruise on it. I guess we’ll see what happens. It doesn’t hurt other than when I touch it, so I don’t think I need to worry a ton yet.

However, I ate TOO much. Learned that my stomach will not tolerate overeating now. I’ll leave it at that.

And now I need to sleep because I have to get up early for my run, then volunteering at the pancake breakfast. Where I will be VERY conscious of what I eat.

    • Yes it does. I don’t need to carbo load very much if at all! LOL.

      I’m good. I think the Advair is what’s making me hoarse. But it helps a lot with not wheezing.
